Welcome to the AIHM COVID-19 discussion group. We have started this group to help support each other during this difficult time. While we are NOT providing medical care or advice, we will focus on the following areas:
– Describe what is needed for immune competence, both in lifestyle and supplements
– Address symptom mitigation as needed; Improve stress management
– Identify appropriate research and other authoritative sources of information
– Provide mutual support as we navigate through this pandemic
– Answer questions as they arise.
I will moderate this group and encourage everyone to answer questions, provide resources etc.
Disclaimer: There is no current cure for COVID-19 and there are no supplements or other integrative treatments that provide a cure for corona virus. This discussion will be evidence-based and we will keep the exchange at that level. Clinical experience will be welcomed but with the proper caveats. Any posts that do not follow these guidelines will be removed.
